How do I choose the right TV stand for my television?
Compatibility depends on several factors, including the VESA specifications, the weight, and the size of your TV.

How do I determine the right height for my TV stand?
The center of the TV should be at eye level when you are sitting on the sofa.
Procedure:
- Measure the height from the floor to your eyes while sitting.
- Measure the total height of the TV.
- Subtract half the TV height from your eye level to determine the ideal height of the screen center.
How wide should a TV stand be?
The TV stand should be at least a few centimeters wider than the base of your television.
This ensures stability and a harmonious overall appearance.
Order & Payment
Can I pay by invoice?
We do not recommend payment by invoice. For customers who can only pay by invoice, we offer prepayment invoices.
Process:
- Contact us with the product name, SKU, quantity, shipping address, and contact details.
- We will create a pre-order and send you an invoice.
- Payment must be made within 7 days by bank transfer (please include the order number).
- After payment, please send a brief confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take after placing the order?
Processing: Shipping within 48 hours on business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Delivery time:
- Germany & France: 3–5 business days
- Other European countries: 5–7 business days
- Other regions: depends on the destination
Delays may occur during peak times.
How can I track the status of my order?
After your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number of your package.
Additionally, you can check the current status at any time on the " Track Order" page on our website.
How can I check the shipping costs before placing an order?
After you have added a product to the shopping cart, you can enter your postal code (ZIP code) in the cart.
The exact shipping cost for your location will then be displayed automatically.
This way, you can transparently see the total cost of your order before purchasing.
Warranty & Returns
What warranty do I have on my purchase?
You receive a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase as well as a 30-day return policy in the original condition.
Any modifications to the product will void the warranty.
What happens when an order is canceled?
Same-day cancellation: no fees
Later cancellation: possible shipping and return costs may apply
What if my item arrives damaged?
Take photos of the damage.
Send them by email to [email protected].
We will then contact you with the next steps.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
In case of quality issues:
Free return shipping – we provide a return label.
If there is no quality issue:
The customer bears the shipping and return costs. For more information, please visit the "Right of withdrawal" page.
How can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
